The resulting power outages closed several businesses and schools including Loyola and Tulane.  Mom and I did not go to work today and my class was cancelled.  Dad went out to the mid city office, but the power was out so I don&#8217;t believe he was able to accomplish much.While other people across the city had much bigger messes to clean up, I spent some of the afternoon tidying up my room.  It wasn&#8217;t in particularly bad shape but it needed some work.
